Before you go

Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

I arrived exactly at my pickup time & there was no one dining inside. The dining room was filthy. I gave my name & the guy said “we’re still working on it” as I watched him pull the ticket from the printer & proceed to hold a whole conversation with someone on the line. Five minutes later, someone different hands me an incomplete order. I had to ask for the missing item. I’m disappointed in the service, as it’s been markedly better during past visits.

I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My recent order was delivered to the wrong address, and I had to track it down at a neighboring building myself. When I finally received the order, my drink and side order of shrimp were missing. To make matters worse, the dressing that came with my salad appeared to be spoiled or expired, making the entire salad inedible. I contacted the restaurant and requested a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or follow-up. If someone could please follow up on order (Confirmation Number: 44340135021838341). Mistakes can happen, but the lack of customer service and communication afterward has been the most frustrating part of this experience. As a loyal customer, I expected better. I hope management addresses these issues and reaches out to resolve this matter.

The brownskin cashier with glasses was super chill, engaging, & funny. Also good at upselling... not to glaze too much. Give him a raise ASAP

Whoever was working on Tuesday, December 23rd 2024 during closing the closing shift gave me burnt chicken and half baked soggy garlic bread. They were very nice to us, but once we opened the food at home, we were met with disappointment. I love Noodles n Company and have been to many chains but this was just a bad experience. Please do better next time.

The food here was good. It felt more like fast food as far as the quality was. It is still tasty though. The staff is nice and area is clean. There are a lot of options on the menu. Our kids loved it here. There are a lot of options for kiddos.
